Unbelievable experience! Greeted by Jordan who was so wonderful and kind! Her smiling face was the perfect way to start off my experience! Brandon took my xrays etc and seemed to be the “go to guy” for everyone! He was professional, knowledgeable and his customer service was stellar. My dentist, Dr Janotta was so incredible and I trusted her from the get go! And then the person who came with the “bad news”, Ayde (the person to discuss the finances did her job splendidly. She helped me to understand clearly and answered all of my questions! This was truly the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office! They were efficient, knowledgeable and their customer service was above all others . Thank you!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today. She was so nervous, but the staff and Dr.Hou talked to her about the procedure. This made a difference for my daughter. I am grateful for the staff’s kindness and professionalism.

Dr. Balshe is absolutely great to work with. Besides his comforting demeanor, his skills and experience really show. Procedure that I read takes approx. 1hr to 2hrs was done in about 30 minutes.
